Steph is a certified personal trainer who has a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. She was a swim team coach and water exercise instructor before she started her career in microbiology. Steph is excited to be working in the health & fitness industry again alongside her career as a microbiologist. Steph looks forward to creating a pathway for her clients to reach their goals and sustain them.
